At Cliff Boyd Merchandise, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, if there is an issue with your item, we accept returns for faulty items only within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Page with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the return process. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original condition. We cannot accept returns for items that are not defective or for customized products.

Once we receive your returned item and verify the fault, we’ll either send you a replacement or process a refund.
